Should the banners be made out of vinyl or fabric? By Rush Hour Printing and Graphics

If you ever went to an event, a trade show event, you know that there are tons of banners. Banners are number one for traders, why? Because they showcase your logo and product easily, with more people able to see the message without coming close to the actual banner. It accentuates your business and makes you different!

Should the banners be made out of vinyl or fabric? Let’s talk seriously!

Not that we are saying Vinyl is bad or that Fabric is good, but they are each meeting different needs.

1.   Cost is always Important!

Rush Hour Printing and Graphics offers incredible deals on Banners, no matter if they are Fabric or Vinyl, we still offer so many discounts and special offers – every time you come in you leave a winner! You better believe it!

Here is some data you may want to have:

-      Vinyl is less expensive, prints faster, uses less ink, is more cost effective to finish the ‘edges’ and don’t’ have to manually sewn in the pole pocket area.

2.   Logistics Matter!

Rush Hour Printing and Graphics offers 24-hour jobs, imagine that! But we do not know that sometimes, depending on the material you choose, this may delay the process. Many cost cutting inventions always end up with huge, expensive shipping fees. We offer free delivery on all jobs over $150. Vinyl must be rolled and placed in a durable tube for transporting (a bit expensive) while fabric will fold nicely into a small lightweight box (not to expensive).

3.   How many times are you going to use the same banner?

This is important, and Rush Hour Printing and Graphics recommends that you do so at least 20 times over. You want to use the banner so much that it becomes a legendary icon in your materials box. Vinyl is almost always the best type for single use, Fabric will last longer. It is easier to fold without creasing and travels well.

4.   Where are you going to hang the banner? What is the environment like?

Outdoor events are better suited for Vinyl banners while indoor ones are good with fabric. Vinyl is more durable, has longer life span outside. Fabric ones are less reflective too so in photos/videos they are hard to show as backgrounds.

Business Marketing with Postcards! By Rush Hour Printing and Graphics

This week, we will be discussing: why Postcards work! We continue to advocate for direct mail marketing using postcards as the tool of preference. Direct mail marketing with postcards can be done physically or with the post office’s help. A connection is made easily with customers as they play their postcards on the fridge, in their car, or even in their purses/wallets. Each time they see the postcard, it is a reminder that they do have help and that they can count on your company to meet their needs. It sorts of sparks a reminder in the brain  that your company is reachable, easily accessible and that sells@!!  Marketing with postcards begins the moment they touch that card. Adding a simple but penetrating promotional message right in front of the card allows a company to track analytics of that campaign and secure a sell! This information is always helpful for future campaigns.  Next week, we will be discussing: what a postcard should say, how to use them,...
