Let’s talk about Business Cards for a Minute Here! Be who you need to be! Spread the word about your business and yourself!

Some tips we feel are essential to using business cards effectively would have to include:

1.    Find other vendors willing to place your business cards on their counters. If you have to, give them a percentage of your sales that materialize from their access to exposure. If this means creating different business cards for each vendor, then be it. You need to expose your business as much as possible. As long as you are benefiting them, why not!
2.    Find out where your target market hangs out, where they do their groceries, exercise, visit doctor, have their pets groomed, etc. and make sure you are visible everywhere! Let them see you, let your business card represent you above and beyond what you can do for yourself alone.
3.    What other location is better than a university campus for a large gathering of people all at once, and on a daily basis? Seriously, if you can relate your target market to any university campus, then post your cards around. You will get an incredibly large segment of the population within your city tackled, they will spread the word causing a triple effect and you will get a call 100% guaranteed!
4.    Create a post online that goes viral, it is a big project, but it is doable. Do the craziest thing you can do, post it online and make sure your business card is involved in the episode. You want to put some thought into this but act fast. The best way to have an even larger segment of the population hear your message is through a viral business card.
